Third, the structure of the turning device
The turning gear of a steam turbine is mainly composed of a worm gear, a worm gear (transmission ratio i=27.5) and an electromagnetic clutch. The combination of a geared motor and an electromagnetic clutch is used to replace the oil cylinder. The working torque is the same, and the action of the connecting rod system is transmitted through a belt drive. It is indeed ideal whether the factory test or the power plant is put into operation. The clutch includes sliding parts, pawls, helical internal gears, external gears and buffers. The inner side of the sliding member is provided with ratchet teeth and internal gears (straight teeth), and the outer side is a spiral external gear. The electric drive part of the steam turbine cranking car adopts mechanical transmission. Its driving motor (37kw, 380v, 1475rpm) passes through a fluid coupling, and the intermediate connecting shaft drives the steam turbine cranking car to rotate the unit shaft at a high speed of 54rpm.
There are usually two types of cranking speed: low-speed cranking at 2~4rpm and high-speed cranking at 40~70rpm: For large-capacity units, in order to form bearing oil film, avoid bearing and journal wear; and reduce the temperature difference and shortening of the upper and lower cylinders Most of the starting time is high-speed cranking.

When the steam turbine rotates, the speed of the steam turbine is higher than the speed of the cranking. The reverse torque generated by this speed difference pushes the sliding part to move slowly to the right in the axial direction. The internal gear on the sliding part is separated from the external gear, and the pawl Re-located in the ratchet, since the difference between the cranking speed and the steam turbine speed is gradually increasing, the sliding member moves smoothly to the right. When the speed of the steam turbine is greater than 140 rpm, the pawl will retract and disengage the ratchet tooth under the action of the unbalanced centrifugal force at both ends of the pawl, and the crank will automatically withdraw.
Once the steam turbine generator set is disconnected, the motor of the electric crank is immediately put into operation. When the speed of the steam turbine rotor drops to 140 rpm, the ratchet part of the pawl re-extends to resist the ratchet teeth. When the speed of the steam turbine drops to 54 rpm, which is the same as the speed of the barring, the sliding part moves to the left to the working position, and the inner and outer gears mesh smoothly.
